Sponsorship Opportunities

Following the success of the 2009 Summer Seminar this year’s Summer Seminar will be held in South Florida on the 9th of July, 2010. The day long education program will feature Peter Yesawich, YPBR as keynote speaker and a host of other speakers and educators from the pinnacles of the travel industry. The evening rounds off with a cocktail hour and dinner . Last year’s event attracted over 75 attendees including buyers from all over the US.

Please note larger sponsorships may be shared by more than one sponsor.We are looking for the following sponsors:

  • Dinner – Be the grand host of the event – $5,000
  • Lunch – Fuel them for the afternoon – $3,500
  • Breakfast – Rise and Shine – make a first and lasting impression – $1,500
  • Cocktail hour – Create your own cocktail – $600
  • Sommelier – $800

 

 Educational sponsorships: $500 – $3,500

 The key attraction of the Summer Seminar are the education sessions. Sponsors will introduce our speakers.

  • Session speakers -  $600 per speaker
  • Expert panel – $600 per speaker
  • Centers of excellence – host a table of experts in your discipline – $500

 

Product Showcase/ Gifting 

 Showcase your product or service with a host table or product placement

  • $250 and sample giveaways (limited to 20 tables)

Room drop

  • $500 for planners only plus gift item
  • $350 for planners and suppliers plus gift item

 

Value in kind

 We are seeking donations of the following items:

  • Signage, Welcome carry-alls, Transportation to and from airports, Event Signage
  • Door Prizes (min. value $200)
